Kingston Lacy House & Estate

A beautiful National Trust property that is open to the public. The 17th Century house is famous for it's magnificent interiors including the fabulous gilded leather Spanish Room and the elegant grand salon.

The National Trust

A 17th-century house, designed by Sir Roger Pratt for Sir Ralph Bankes to replace his ruined family seat at Corfe Castle. Altered by Sir Charles Barry in the19th century, the house contains the outstanding collection of paintings and other works of art accumulated by William Bankes.

Garden Visits

A seventeenth century house (by Ralph Banks) which was altered by Sir Charles Barry in the nineteenth century. It has a terrace with urns and vases overlook a vast lawn.
