STOKE-WAKE, a parish in the hundred of WHITEWAY, Cerne subdivision of the county of DORSET, 10 miles (W.) from Blandford-Forum, containing 139 inhabitants.

The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry of Dorset, and diocese of Bristol, rated in the king's books at £8. 8. 9. H. Seymour, Esq. was patron in 1817. The church is dedicated to All Saints.
