BRADPOLE, a parish in the hundred of BEAMINSTER-FORUM and REDHONE, Bridport division of the county of DORSET, 1½ mile (N.N.E.) from Bridport, containing 926 inhabitants.

The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Dorset, and diocese of Bristol, rated in the king's books at £8. 13. 1½., and in the patronage of the Crown. The church is dedicated to the Holy Trinity.
