Anne's father may have been Will or William Jeffreys. She also had a brother Will who was orphaned. Her brother Will was in America, not sure abt. her father. I am researching Samuel JORDAN and his ancestors who came from the region of Dorset, England. Samuel Jordan was born about 1579 in Lyne Regis or Melcombe Regis, Dorset, England. He left England on the Sea Adventure with Sir. George Somers which ship was wrecked in Bermuda in 1609. They made it to Jamestown, Virginia in 1610. Samuel Jordan's father may be Robert Jordan born in 1562 and buried in October 1589 in Melcombe Regis. His father may be a Thomas Jordan born in Melcombe Regis in 1529. I will be coming back to England in November and any help would be greatly appreciated.
